Through several shifts in my career, I’ve always helped others…counseling, coaching, providing bodywork and energy work and EFT/Tapping. Helping is in my DNA.

I’m also a Highly Sensitive Person, so I’m naturally a bit more attuned to others’ energy and what bodies and systems are needing. Many clients have noted that my calm presence and ability to really listen is healing in itself.

My goal is to help your body and systems return to a state of balance and calm. Intuition, awareness and compassion are my strongest skills and allow me to tailor sessions to your specific needs.
