Energy Healing

Balance your system with a unique, custom session using CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Acupressure and Chakra Balancing.

I listen to the energy system and respond with what it needs, Each session will be different according to where you’re at that day.

As with many modalities, consistency is helpful, so I offer a package of 4 to facilitate that.

EFT/Tapping

Release emotional stress, limiting beliefs, and old patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

EFT/Tapping is a gentle, non-invasive technique that calms the nervous system and helps clear emotional blocks—creating noticeable shifts in stress, overwhelm, unwanted habits and self-doubt, even sleep.

While you can tap on your own, working together allows us to uncover the deeper root of what’s holding you back and create lasting change.

Your first session is 90 minutes to allow time for a deeper dive and clear direction. Many clients feel movement in the first session, and follow-up sessions are recommended for deeper, long-term results—so I offer a package option to support your progress.

Single session (90 minutes): $205 Package (one 90 minute, three 60 minute sessions): $585
